Kostecki Architecture + Design, LLC was founded in 2003 with a mission to deliver exceptional architectural services, from small residential decks to expansive 150,000-square-foot senior living facilities.
Our passion for design stems from our second-generation architect, Kurt R. Kostecki, who has a lifelong love for creating three-dimensional spaces that positively impact their users. As Kurt fondly recalls from his childhood, "I vividly remember creating spaces with sofa cushions from a pullout couch, crawling inside, and enjoying the coziness created."

Through our Envisage Renderings service, we provide clients the opportunity to visualize their designs in 3D before committing to the final construction documents, ensuring a clear and accurate representation of the project.

KURT R. KOSTECKI
Owner, Principal Architect
A 1991 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Kurt enjoys using his 28 years of experience to design (and sometimes build) the projects entrusted to him. "It is very important for an architect to learn how buildings go together by experiencing exactly that by getting your hands dirty and building what you design. In this way we gain a much greater understanding of what is necessary for the contractors to do their jobs effectively and efficiently."
