All projects start with a concept, an idea, a thought, that progresses into a tangible design that can be reviewed, commented on and adjusted as necessary to produce the final product. Thus, the life of a project begins. With a very narrow lot, we had approximately 38' of width for the residence, yet the owners wanted four large bedrooms and an open floor plan, all while dealing with easements and very stringent and restrictive site conditions.
